Main Responsibilities
Lead Brand Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the breast cancer oncology portfolio, aligned with overall marketing objectives. Drive Product Launches: Manage end-to-end launch activities for new indications and products, ensuring successful market entry through cross-functional collaboration. Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and educational initiatives targeting HCPs and key stakeholders. Engage KOLs: Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy. Manage Budgets & Performance: Oversee A&P budgets, monitor brand performance, and implement corrective actions to meet business goals. Leverage Market Insights: Conduct market research and analyze clinical trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business-related field.
Experience
LanguagesFluent in English, both written and spoken.
