About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Maintain and update business intelligence dashboards, workflows, and reports
- Manage timely flow of business information to user
- Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
- Transform, model, and clean datasets using Power Query and Python.
- Define, update, and monitor strategic business KPIs.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to support key teams and leadership decision-making.
- Document data sources, data structures, and key metric definitions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and control processes.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Intermediate to advance English
- Proven experience in an analytical or reporting role, prior experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (SFDC, SFMC) is a plus.
