Main Accountabilities
- The role involves supporting the Life Cycle Manager in coordinating packaging-related activities for product launches, transfers, and portfolio optimization projects. This includes collaborating with the Planning team to ensure timely availability during transitions and coordinating packaging material purchasing activities while keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of delivery timelines. Participation in cross-functional meetings is essential to align on project timelines, priorities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Initiating and managing change controls for packaging updates and the implementation of new material codes is a key responsibility. Ensuring complete traceability and proper documentation of all packaging changes in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements is crucial. Additionally, supporting internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate documentation is part of the role.
- Overseeing the creation of material codes and ensuring compliance with master data standards and system accuracy is another important aspect. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data in the ERP system is essential, as is tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change implementation, data accuracy, and compliance.
- The role also involves coordinating and supporting the costing and re-costing processes to ensure accurate financial data is reflected in ERP systems. Monitoring packaging inventory during change implementations is necessary to minimize obsolescence and ensure continuous supply. Ensuring the availability of valid contracts with packaging suppliers is also part of the responsibilities.
- Finally, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing packaging workflows, documentation processes, and system efficiency is vital. This includes supporting the Life Cycle Manager in executing packaging-related and product readiness activities across the product life cycle, ensuring timely implementation of changes, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- 2+ years in Supply Chain or related areas
- Experience in Pharma Industry
