About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- 無菌操作区域や支援区域における環境悪化を事前に察知し、汚染リスクを低減する
- 原材料供給業者の評価・承認を行い、品質基準を確保する
- 監査実施に向けたSOPの整備と運用を主導する
- 新規ラボ立ち上げに向けて、機器導入と手順書作成をリードする
- グローバルチームと連携し、試験方法の導入とバリデーションを実施する
- GxP基準に基づき、品質・納期・コストの目標を達成する。
Requirements:
- 製薬または食品業界における微生物検査の実務経験（3年以上）
- 製薬・化学メーカーでの原材料受け入れ業務の経験
- 学歴不問（実務経験とスキルを重視）
- 日本語力：母国語レベル（SOPを正確に読解できること）
- 英語力：ビジネス初級レベル（機器の取扱説明書を理解できる程度）
