The Project Manager should have experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical and CPG industries. The PM must be adaptable, flexible and capable of managing multiple, concurrent demands while transitioning quickly between topics based on the needs of the IMO PMO. He/she must also be able to independently coordinate with counterparts to ensure accurate and timely information and collaboration is used to shape decisions.

Program and Project Manager for Marketing Operations

The Project Manager is responsible for project managing programs/projects aligned with the Head of the PMO part of the IMO’s strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- E2E Project manage complex Marketing Operations´ programs, collaborating across teams as well as functions outside of IMO, dependent on the program scope.
- Create and manage timelines and roadmaps, manage program budget and resource tracking, risks, provide problem-solution, track actions and success metrics.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels of the program (Steering Committee, where applicable with support from the Head of the PMO when needed, as well as working and extended team).
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments, drive communication within and outside of the program team, as well as develop/implement Communications plan (at all levels) in support of program implementation and change management.
- Identify inter-dependencies and relationship to other IMO programs – with support of the PMO team.
- Proactively apply the aligned PMO methodologies, tools and ways of working
- Able to thrive in an integrated organization and complexity and be a voice of discipline and structure to enable IMO priority projects.
- Proactive in providing solutions when there are risks to timelines/budgets/stakeholders/project etc., that are identified.
- Provide project management leadership in the areas of planning, tracking, problem solving, risk management and plan execution.
- Proven ability to deliver independently with high quality and little supervision to achieve successful outcomes within the planned budget and timeline
- Provide support and insights to the PMO Head and AD on how to improve the Project Manager role in the organization in support of constant change and evolution of the organization.
Essential Requirements:
- Accessibility and Accommodation: 5-10 years of experience (with a track record) in portfolio, program, and project management with multi-functional experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead simultaneous programs with complex multidisciplinary teams, applying a pragmatic and agile approach
- Advanced user skills in project management tools, excel, word, powerpoint
- Agile mindset to adapt and implement new Ways-of-Working in support of a constantly changing environment. Agility to learn fast, deliver fast, adapt and be flexible and able to manage ambiguity
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills, with an ability to make professional and credible first impressions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Well organized and excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and communicate complex information in simple terms
- Financial acumen
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams located across multiple locations around the world
- Proven ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal partners at all levels of the organization
